Seafood Stations
Seafood Stations are Ice Sculptures (in the shape of figures) used to hold and display your seafood as well as keep it fresh. The presentation of your seafood on an Ice Sculpture can be both functional and eye appealing if you choose the appropriate ice piece for your event.
We've recently noticed Caterers and Chefs are searching for new and innovative ideas to set themselves apart, for this reason custom designed Seafood Stations have become especially popular. Figures such as nautical themes, seahorses, different types of fish, boats, clamshells and mermaids are among the most popular centerpieces. We can enlarge almost any Ice piece you choose to accommodate a variety of seafood larger selection of seafood. Some popular pieces are nautical figures such as as seahorses, different fish, boats, clamshells, mermaids and many other designs that are also used as centerpieces on seafood display tables. Ice bowls are lined especially for seafood with a thin plastic sheet, they are also used to chill and display seafood. Ice bowls can be diamond cut, "V" cut or may include frozen roses inside to add a softer look.
Custom designed Seafood bars for sushi, oysters, clams, and caviar are build especially to serve the needs of each Chef. Custom cuts on the bar-top are created to display the type of seafood the chef decides to serve that day.

Corporate
Corporate Logos out of ice are most impressive at any function. Ice logos can be used as buffet centerpieces at holiday parties, fund raisers, award ceremonies, grand opening parties or special promotional events. Traditional Swans, angelfish and clam shells can be replaced with logos or company names carved out of ice.
When designing your next special event, besides ice sculptors enhancing food buffets or a cocktail hour, large life-size sculptures can be displayed at the entrance doorway when your guest arrive. Imagine your guest stepping out of their car at the main entrance and having a monumental ice sculpture, 10 - 12 feet high of the company logo, greeting them at the door. It is most impressive and unbelievable.
Traditional flower centerpieces on the table can also be replaced with mini ice sculptures of your corporate logo. Crystalline emblems etched in snow with your company name in the center of each table shimmering with candle light gives the impression of sparkling diamonds on each table.
Another most impressive ice item is the intermezzo course or the desert course plates of ice with your company logo on each. The plates come out underlit with a battery powered lights, the ballroom lights are dimmed and out comes the sorbet or ice cream on plates of ice with your company logo snow filled around the plate. This is a most memorable course and will add a special touch to any sit down dinner party.
Another great way to promote your corporate name is to customize an ice bar with your corporate logo or corporate sponsors of the event frozen in the base of a life size bar made entirely out of ice. Ice bars come in 6 ft. and 10 ft. lengths and are carved custom for each event.
Company logs can be snow filled in base or color graphic arts can be frozen inside the actual ice. Promotional items such as bottles, watches, toys, etc. can also be frozen inside the ice. Ice bars are all underlit with colored accent gels that create a wonderful lighted focal point in the room that cannot be missed.

Mini Pieces/Center Pieces
Mini pieces are ice carvings such as Ice bowls, Ice globes with frozen flowers, Ice pyramids with frozen pictures, Square Ice trays, Octongonal Ice bowls and many others used at Buffet tables or as Centerpieces. With an Ivy stand, some rose petals and the appropriate lighting Ice globes and Ice pyramids can be transformed into a breathtaking centerpiece display for any event.
Ice Sculptures on a Buffet tables compliment a chefs opening presentation. Chefs know the importance of an ice carving at a buffet table to complete the look and set the tone in a room. Most often Chefs choose Miniature castles or bowls to enhance the presentation of there food. Miniature Ice displays for buffets are excellent additions for Events in a smaller locations, they are especially popular for those who entertain at home.
For private parties clients often choose to add a personal touch to an ice centerpiece in which case they may have something frozen into an Ice globe or a. This is possible when you may choose to freeze a picture of some sort inside one of our ice globes or pyramids. Again, the possibilities are endless. The average size for a mini carving is 12"- 20" tall.

Ice Sculptures can be used all year round outside just as someone uses balloons at a party. In the summer months pool side events can cool things down with pool side Ice bars. Luges with your favorite cold beverage can act as a self serving beverage station for your guest. Salads and cold food that need to be chilled can be served in large ice bowls to maintain them fresh at the same time they are uniquely displayed.
In the winter months, displays can be put on front lawns or at entrances for major events. Nothing compares to life-size ice sculptures greeting your quests at the entrance!
